Panic Gift is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

Information You Provide

• Gift Card Content: Text you enter (gift descriptions, recipient names, sender names, dates, personal messages) is sent to Google's Gemini AI API solely to generate your custom card images. This data is not stored on our servers.
• Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases, Apple processes the transaction. We only receive confirmation of successful purchases to grant you credits. We do not collect or store payment information.

Automatically Collected Information

• Local Storage: We store your credit balance and usage history locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.
• No Analytics: We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising networks.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to:

• Generate custom gift card images using Google's Gemini AI API
• Track your credit balance locally on your device
• Process in-app purchases through Apple's App Store

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All card images in Panic Gift are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. When you create a card, the app sends your text input to an AI service that generates a unique image based on your specifications. Each card is uniquely created at the time of generation and is not selected from a pre-made library.

Third-Party Services

Google Gemini AI API

When you generate a card, your text input (gift details, names, messages, occasion, and style preferences) is sent to Google's Gemini AI service to create custom images. This data is:

• Transmitted securely to Google's servers for processing
• Used solely for the purpose of generating your card image
• Subject to Google's AI privacy policies and data handling practices
• Not stored on our servers

Apple App Store

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Please review Apple's privacy policy for information about how they handle payment information.

Data Storage and Security

• No Cloud Storage: We do not store any of your data on our servers.
• Local Storage Only: Your credit balance is stored locally on your device.
• Temporary Processing: Text you submit for card generation is sent to Google's API and processed in real-time. Generated images are stored locally on your device only if you choose to save them.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your card content is only shared with:

• Google's Gemini AI API (for image generation only)
• Apple (for in-app purchase processing only)

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
• Request information about data processing by contacting us
• Opt out of using the service at any time by deleting the app

Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
